POSITION SUMMARY: This full-time position involves supporting the day to day athletic operations and game day coverage of a busy independent school athletics department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Compliance & Community Commitment:
    • Abides by St. Andrew’s Episcopal School’s Employee Handbook

  • Represent the athletics department at practices, games, and matches ensuring a smooth experience for all
  • Day-to-day communication regarding officials, transportation, and facilities.
  • Complete assigned tasks to ensure preparation for all practices, games, and matches.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Required:
    • BA or higher
    • Prior experience on a team sport
    • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with little supervision
    • Excellent attention to detail

  • Preferred:
    • Previous experience coaching

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Moving between various venues
  • Setting up chairs for basketball teams.
  • Lifting containers with uniforms
  • Regular physical activity, including substitute coaching activities
