Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to the Front Office

St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac, MD seeks a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to begin August 15, 2025.

Position: The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will work closely with Upper School Administrators, other front office team members and the school Registrar. This full-time position includes answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting with daily attendance, student scheduling, and daily announcements. The position reports to the Assistant Head of Upper School. 

Compensation is contingent upon experience:
  • Minimum Annual Salary: $60,000
  • Maximum Annual Salary: $85,000

Qualifications: This individual should possess a can-do attitude, have strong people skills, be detail oriented, highly organized, a good communicator (written and oral) and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Applicants should be skilled in the use of computers and various software.  General flexibility, good humor, and the ability to work effectively as a team member are also essential.
