St. Andrew's Holds Its 33rd Commencement at Washington National Cathedral
St. Andrew’s Episcopal School marked its 33rd Commencement on Friday, June 7 at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C.
Retiring Assistant Head of School, John Holden, delivered the commencement address, challenging the class of 2014 to strive to find the true source of their passions, by reflecting on his own career path in Independent Schools.
"Your teachers and I have actively coached each of you to know yourself and how to use your brain. Think deeply about what fulfills you, what you are passionate about doing, what you have loved doing at St. Andrew’s as a student," said Holden. "Use your self-knowledge and passion to find a career that you can honestly say that you love to go to work to each day."
