St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Potomac, MD seeks an Assistant Director of the Lions Fund.

Assistant Director of the Lions Fund:
The Assistant Director of the Lions Fund will work in close partnership with all members of the Advancement team that includes alumni relations, communications, and fundraising. This role supports the continued growth and success of the Lions Fund by implementing year-round strategies that will increase revenue for the School, increase the percentage of participation in each of the school’s constituencies, and engage volunteers effectively. St. Andrew’s has shifted from a traditional fundraising model of direct mail and phonathons to a strong digital communications and solicitation strategy using the Give Campus product suite, Thru Text, and social media.
Successful candidates will possess:
Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience working in fundraising, sales, or related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience required; Recent college graduates should apply to this position if interested
Knowledge of independent schools a plus
Experience in goal attainment by increasing participation, revenue, etc.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manager multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Strong computer literacy with knowledge of or ability to learn customer relationship management database
Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
