Pre-K B Homeroom News: Sept 24, 2021

Pre-k is off to a smooth start!
Students attended all their special subjects this week traveling to the special teacher’s classroom. Pre-k is doing a terrific job with transitions between our classroom and special subject classrooms.

We continue to become a classroom family where we take care of each other and make sure everyone feels like they belong. We read many stories including; Neither by Airlie Anderson, A Little Spot of Belonging by Diane Abler, and One by Kathryn Otoshi.

In preparation for beginning our self-portraits next week, we did a practice sketch of ourselves. We also introduced our Handwriting Without Tears workbook. Pre-k students are so excited to have their own workbook this year.

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend Back to School Night.

We are blessed to spend our days with your children, guiding and supporting their social and cognitive development!

Sincerely,
Mrs. B & Mrs. Widrick
