Full Time Employees

Employees working an average of 30 or more hours per week are considered full-time and eligible for the following benefits:

    St. Andrew's contributes 70% of the High Deductible Health Plan’s deductible to an HSA (if applicable).

    • Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

    • Defined Contribution Plan - St. Andrew’s makes an 8% contribution when an employee contributes 5%.
