Position Description: While all members of the Admission Office work as a team, the Assistant/Associate Director will focus on the recruitment and enrollment of Middle School students. The position involves local travel to schools, fairs, and outreach events, interviewing prospective students and parents, reviewing applications, and serving as a member of the Admission Review Committee. The Assistant/Associate Director should be an engaged member of the school community, and this position can be combined with teaching, coaching, or advising roles as appropriate. The position reports to and works closely with the Director of Enrollment Management.
Compensation is contingent upon experience:

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, prior admission experience and/or experience working with middle and upper school students and parents, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to building and sustaining a broadly diverse community. We are seeking candidates who possess general flexibility, good humor, and the ability to work effectively as a team member, with exceptional time-management, organizational skills, and follow-through. The candidate must be proficient with technology and data management systems. Prior experience with Ravenna would be helpful. This is a full-time, 12-month position, with occasional required weekend and evening events.
