Fund-A-Scholar Gala

FAQ

List of 6 frequently asked questions.

  • What is the Fund-a-Scholar Gala?

Each year, the St. Andrew’s Parents Association hosts a spring gala and auction to benefit the school’s scholarship fund. The proceeds are used to make a St. Andrew’s education accessible to students whose families would otherwise be unable to afford it. This is a tradition that enriches the student experience and benefits every member of our community.
  • How can I help?

Time, talent, treasure… Volunteer by giving your time, your talents or donate a treasure for the auction.
  • Where is the auction? When is the auction?

This year we are thrilled to be back on campus holding the event in the new Student Center. Saturday, March 18 is the big night, and both registration and the silent auction begin at 6:30 pm. Complimentary valet parking will be available.
  • How do I purchase tickets?

Invitations will be mailed in early February and will include an order form. You may purchase tickets, donate tickets for faculty, contribute as a sponsor, and purchase Best of Live raffle tickets (Win the Live Auction Item of your choice!). You will also be able to make purchases on the website: www.saes.org/auction2017
  • What should I wear?

This year’s theme is Midnight in Marrakech, so think “Fez”tive attire! What does that mean, you ask?  Tunics, jewel tones, Fez, Casablanca style, scarves, sandals …. Or really anything you like! You can’t be too over or underdressed. Watch for more details in the Marrakech Confidential newsletter.
