On February 23, these highly sought-after Silent Auction items, including many of our travel items, will be open for bidding online. Items will remain open for bids through 7:45 p.m. on March 13, the evening of the virtual gala. Super Silent items may also be bought outright. When the GiveSmart Platform opens, you can find the list of Super Silent items, along with Online items, listed under category Silent Auction.
Party Boards, or Sign Ups, are available for purchase from February 23 through 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, the evening of the gala. A limited number of spots for special gatherings or parties are available to be purchased outright; no bidding necessary. Spots may be purchased through our auction website. When the GiveSmart Platform opens, you can find the list of Party Boards listed under category Sign Up Party.
The LIVE auction includes the best of the best! These exclusive items will only be available for bidding during the night of the Gala, Saturday March 13. All St. Andrew's community members will receive the link to the gala broadcast and can attend virtually, free of charge. The LIVE auction bidding will take place from approximately 8:15 – 9 p.m. Our auctioneer will announce the highest bid and winner for each item, which will also be reflected on the auction broadcast screen. When the GiveSmart Platform opens, you can find the list of our LIVE items listed under category Live Auction.
Purchase a Best of LIVE ticket and you could win the Live auction item of your choice! Only 150 tickets are available for purchase at $100 each. The drawing for Best of LIVE will take place the night of the Gala, and the winner will choose the LIVE item of their choice. (Some restrictions may apply.)
