Blessing of the Animals Service Brings Smiles To SAES Community

The annual Blessing of the Animals service gave the Lower and Intermediate school students an opportunity to celebrate and pray for the animals that enrich their lives.
Students, parents, faculty, and staff members brought their pets to the Potomac Village Campus Wednesday, October 3rd for an afternoon service in the courtyard.
Rev. Betsy Gonzalez, chaplain of the Lower and Intermediate school, spoke to the attendees about how we should cherish the animals in our lives. The Intermediate and Lower school choirs performed for smiling parents and friends.
