Additional Show Added For SAES Drama Instructor's Sold-Out Capital Fringe Play
Posted July 25, 2012
Due to sold-out houses at the Capital Fringe, "Girls Who Think They're Hot" has added a performance on Friday, July 27 at 9:45.
Written by Lumina co-founder, David Minton, Girls features a 1950s style narrator who warns the audience of a new threat to the American way of life…..surrealism. The terrific cast is made up of young actors who are veterans of Lumina Studio shows. Joining them will be rising SAES senior, Robert Schepis, who recently played Bernardo in West Side Story at St. Andrew’s. Dan Mellitz, director of technical theatre at St. Andrew’s, is serving as tech director for the show.
The venue is Redrum at Fort Fringe, 612 L Street NW, DC 20001. Tickets are available at CapitalFringe.org, or by calling 866-811-4111. The venue is Metro accessible.
