The new ordering for our lower school lunch program will be starting
January 5, 2012. The new orders will be in effect starting January 17,
2012. If you signed up for the lunch program previously you must
re-register for the second half of the school year.
Fairfax Food Service will continue to be our lunch vendor for the
second half of the year. The menu has changed due to customer feedback
and variety.
Students in grades PK-3 and PSI/PSII students regularly enrolled in
Extended Day are eligible to participate in this program. There are two
options: 3-days (M/W/F) and 5-days a week. The cost for the second half
of the year (from Tuesday, January 17 through Tuesday, June 5) is as
follows: the 3-day program is $273.70, and the 5-day program is $470.05.
To ensure that lunch is delivered to your child on January 17, please
bring a check to the Front Office by January 13 payable to “St. Andrew’s
Episcopal School” for the appropriate amount.
One of the especially great things about this program is that you have
multiple lunch options each day, with a complete ingredient list for
each item on the menu. If you choose the 3-day option, you may only
order from the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday menus in order to be billed
accurately for that program. Once you have made your selections, any
menu changes must be communicated to Shelley Keneally, our Lower School
Nurse.
