Sean Hurney is the Head Certified Athletic Trainer and an assistant
physical education teacher.
A native Washingtonian, he attended Bullis
from 1992-1998. Sean then went to Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania
and got a B.S. degree with concentration in sports medicine/ athletic
training. He is also a certified massage therapist.
Sean did two summer
internships with the Carolina Panthers. He has completed three marathons
and plans to do another this fall. Other than rooting for the Carolina
Panthers, he has season tickets to the Capitals and Redskins. He enjoys
watching Maryland play, Notre Dame in football, and the Washington
Nationals.
Sean also plays flag football during the fall, ice hockey in
the winter and softball in the fall and spring.
