Work in the visual arts helps develop new eyes and awareness
in students, an appreciation of the arts and an understanding
of the process. All 9th graders are required to take an Elements
of Design course to fulfill their 9th grade visual arts requirement.
In 10th-12th grades, students may choose from a broad range
of courses to complete their Upper School arts requirements--
from beginning to advanced levels, in two-and three-dimensional
art and design, ceramics, computer graphics, photography, video
production and yearbook.
