Financial Aid

At St. Andrew's, financial aid is based solely upon demonstrated financial need. To help determine each family's need, St. Andrew's subscribes to School and Student Services (SSS). Families should expect to contribute to their child's educational expenses to the greatest extent they are able, given their economic situation, with a minimum contribution of $500 per student each year.

Families must file a Parents Financial Statement (PFS) with SSS when applying for assistance from the school, and then send a copy of the PFS to St. Andrew's along with the latest income tax return, W-2 forms, and St. Andrew's financial aid application form. Financial aid applications may be obtained from the Admission Office and applications are required annually.

For families currently receiving aid from St. Andrew's, financial aid applications must be submitted by December 15th in order to receive consideration for financial aid for the next school year. Notification for these families is made by February 6th. Financial aid applications for new aid applicants must be submitted by February 1st. Financial aid notification for those families is made by March 13th.

Please be aware that St. Andrew's does not have sufficient funds to provide financial aid grants to all qualified applicants. We recognize the unfortunately reality that for some families this may adversely affect their ability to accept our enrollment offer.

Each recipient of financial aid is also entitled to the following assistance:

  • A reduced new student enrollment deposit of $200
  • Full credit toward the purchase of one set of required textbooks
  • Full credit toward the cost of riding the St. Andrew's shuttle bus, if utilized (applicable to Postoak campus students only)
  • Full credit toward the cost of the St. Andrew's extended day program, if applicable
  • Full credit toward the cost of domestic school-sponsored athletic and co-curricular trips
  • Financial aid for school-sponsored non-curricular and community service trips, at the same percentage as the student's tuition grant (applicable to Postoak campus students only)
  • Financial aid for all summer programs listed in the Summer Programs Brochure under the headings: Academics for Credit and Academics for Enrichment, at the same percentage as the student's tuition grant
  • Financial aid for all school-sponsored international trips, at the same percentage as the student's tuition grant but not exceeding 50% of the cost of the trip (applicable to Postoak campus students only)
