Ensure that diversity is strongly and broadly integrated into our faculty and staff, student body, curriculum, and school culture
A. Increase and retain faculty and administrators of color and international background
B. Foster a student and faculty culture of understanding and valuing difference
C. Integrate multicultural and anti-bias education into the curriculum at each grade level
D. Intensify multicultural professional development efforts for faculty and staff
E. Increase financial aid resources to support a broadly talented, diverse student body
F. Review current financial aid policies for co-curricular programs, academic support, and access to technology to ensure educational equity and access for all students
G. Engage and educate the wider school community on issues of equity and inclusion
